Concept & Design
From idea to a production-ready product
We find out whether your design can be made, what it will cost per unit, and whether that leaves you a margin - before anyone spends money.
NDA first
Every file uploaded through our site is covered by a standard NDA. Prefer your own? We'll sign it.
An engineer reviews your files
Not a sales rep. We look at wall thickness, draft angles, split lines and material choice.
Design-for-manufacturing feedback
If something can't be made, or can be made cheaper, you hear it with the reasoning, not just a verdict.
Initial quotation
Tooling cost, unit price and lead time, shared within a few working days. Then a call to walk through the details.
You approve the final quotation. A downpayment starts the tooling.
You bring
- CAD files or drawings
- Target volumes per year
- Material and finish wishes
You receive
- DFM review with change proposals
- Initial and final quotation
- Indicative lead time
