Two sets of conditions apply to the work of Production Heroes B.V. (Chamber of Commerce 77993810, Huiswei 6, 4855 AB Galder, the Netherlands): one towards the clients we manufacture for, and one towards the manufacturers we place that work with. They are deliberately aligned, so that a dispute is settled between the same terms on both sides of the chain rather than between two documents that contradict each other.

General Conditions — Clients
Applies to every offer, quotation, order and agreement between Production Heroes and a client, unless something else has been agreed in writing. Covers confidentiality, quotations, shipping and delivery, changes and termination, provisions about the parts themselves, guarantees, payment terms and acceptance of delivery.

Applies to manufacturers producing on assignment from Production Heroes. Alongside the same subjects as the client conditions, it covers retention of title and risk, and force majeure.
