Magic cooling wand for food and drinks
Kids are impatient, soup is hot, and no one wants to wait. That's where CoolaWand comes in: a magical little wand that cools meals, soups, and warm drinks in an instant.
Together with founder Juliette Bruce and ManGo Product Design, we transformed a simple but brilliant idea into a tangible, functional product. Every detail was carefully considered:
- Perfect for small hands: easy to hold and use
- Click and go: intuitive mechanism for instant results
- BPA-free and food safe
- Airtight cooling star for fast, even results
- Easy to clean, because life is busy
Production Heroes handled the entire production process, making sure every detail worked perfectly from design for manufacturing and tooling, to engineering, packaging, and end-to-end supply chain management.
The Challenge
There was nothing like CoolaWand before. The frozen star, the wand, and the filling had to work perfectly together, straight from the freezer to hot soup. With smart engineering and material know-how, we turned a tricky challenge into a reliable, high-quality wand.

We handled the entire production process: design for manufacturing, tooling, engineering, packaging, and end-to-end supply chain management. Every detail was optimized for both functionality and manufacturability.
